Your First Class
Everything you want to know before you walk in, so the only surprise is how good you feel after.
Start your 2 weeks for $75Unlimited for 14 days from your first class. Mat and towel included.
What To Expect
Hot mat Pilates, explained
35 degrees, infrared
Warms you from the inside out, builds gradually, and feels gentler than a typical hot room.
60 minutes
Most classes run 60. A few Express formats run 45 for busy days.
Low impact, full body
Core, glutes, arms and mobility. You will sweat and you will shake, in the best way.
Barefoot on the mat
Shoe-free beyond the cubby area. Grip socks welcome if you prefer them.
Step By Step
From booking to cold towel
- 01
Pick a class
Every class is open to beginners. For the gentlest start, look for Beginner Friendly or All Levels, or ask us.
- 02
Book it
On the website or in the app. Your intro clock starts at your first check-in, not when you buy.
- 03
Arrive 10 to 15 early
Quick tour, showers and lockers, then your mat. Doors lock 2 minutes after class begins, so early is the move.
- 04
Move at your pace
Options for every move. Take breaks, drink water, and step out any time the heat feels like too much.
- 05
Cool down, rinse off
Cold towel after class, then showers stocked with everything. Walk out ready for your day.
Pack Light
What to bring
On your intro, your mat and towel are provided. After that, bring your own or rent ours (mats $3, towels $2).

- A water bottle. You will want it.
- Breathable activewear you can sweat in.
- Nothing for the shower: towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face cleanser and blow dryers are here.
- Nothing for your things: lockers use a four-digit code you set yourself.
Good To Know
The small print, in plain words
The door
Doors lock 2 minutes after class begins, no exceptions, so the room stays warm, quiet and safe. Come 10 to 15 minutes early and you will never think about it.
Cancelling
Cancel up to 12 hours before class at no charge. Inside 12 hours it is a $15 late-cancel fee; a missed class with no notice is $25.
Injuries, pregnancy, the heat
Tell your instructor before class for modifications. If heat might affect a condition you have, check with your doctor first. Strelis, the rehab clinic in our building, is right there too.
Fragrance
A warm room makes scents travel. Please skip strong perfumes and colognes.
ClassPass
Some classes are on ClassPass, not all. Booking direct gives you the full schedule, your own spot, and the $75 intro.
