Everything you need to know before you arrive.

Your First Visit

Yes, and most people walking in for the first time are in the same boat. Every class is taught with options for every move, so you can take it at your own pace. If you want the gentlest start, look for Beginner Friendly or All Levels on the schedule, or tell the front desk what you are after and we will pick one with you.

What to expect at your first class

About 35°C (95°F), heated with infrared panels rather than blasted hot air. It warms your body directly, builds gradually, and feels gentler than a typical hot room. You will sweat, you will feel loose, and you can step out for a breather any time you need to.

10 to 15 minutes before class. That gives us time to show you around, get you set up on your mat and let you settle into the warmth. Our doors lock 2 minutes after class begins so the room stays quiet and safe for everyone already moving, so early is always the right call.

Two weeks of unlimited classes, every format and time slot, for $75. Your 14 days start the day you check in to your first class, not the day you buy, and your mat and towel are provided for the whole two weeks. It can be bought once per person. If mornings are your thing, the 3-Week Rise intro is $60 for unlimited weekday classes before 9:30 a.m.

Nothing automatically. If you join a membership before your intro ends, your first month is 20% off (memberships start with a two-month commitment, then run month to month). Our front desk team will look at how often you came and suggest the one or two options that actually save you money, including a class pack if a membership would not.

Some of our classes are on ClassPass, but not all of them, and the popular ones often are not. Booking direct through our website or app gives you the full schedule, your own choice of spot on the mat, access to the $75 intro and member perks, and invites to studio events.

The Classes

Hot Pilates is a full-body workout done in an infrared heated room (approx. 95°F/35°C), and the warmth is part of the magic. It helps you move deeper, sweat it out, and feel the shake in the best way. New to the heat? Infrared warmth builds gradually and feels gentler than a typical hot room. Come as you are, hydrate, and take it at your pace. Our class family includes Ultra Burn, Slow Burn, Classic Burn, Bootycore, and Triple Sculpt, and every one of them delivers that signature heat, shake, and full-body strengthening. Come ready to feel amazing.

Wear comfortable, breathable activewear you can move and sweat in, and plan to be barefoot on the mat. Bring water, and if you are on a Classic membership or using class credits, bring your own mat and mat towel or rent them from us when booking or when you arrive. If you are an Ultra member, mats and mat towels are provided and set up for you, so just bring yourself. If you're booking with an intro offer, your mat and mat towel are provided.

Yes, we do. Our Women-Only classes are a dedicated, inclusive space where you can move and feel at home. Check the schedule or the app for designated times and come join in.

Bookings & Policies

We'd hate for you to miss out, so here's the honest scoop: our doors lock 2 minutes after class starts, and we're unable to let latecomers in once the room is warm and the flow has begun. It keeps the space safe, quiet, and focused for everyone already on their mats. Our tip: come 10 to 15 minutes early, claim your spot, and ease into the heat. If you're running behind, no stress, just grab a later class that fits your day.

Our classes are intimate, so every mat matters. When a spot frees up early, someone on the waitlist gets to jump in, which is why we ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before class. Cancel inside that window and there's a $15 late-cancel fee. If a class is missed with no notice, it's a $25 no-show fee. Plans shift, we get it, so the easiest move is to cancel early whenever you can, and your spot goes straight to someone who's been hoping for it.

All purchases, including class credits and memberships, are final and not refundable. Need to change or cancel a membership? See "How do I change or cancel my membership?" under Credits & Memberships.

We would love to host your group. Head to the Private Events and Group Bookings section on the Pricing page for all the details and our inquiry form.

Credits & Memberships

One credit equals one class, simple as that. Multi-credit packages, like the 3-credit pack, cover multiple classes so you can mix and match. Single classes and credit packs, excluding membership credits, are yours to use for six months from purchase.

Your first payment is processed when you purchase so you can lock in your rate. Your membership activates on the first day you attend a class using it, so it starts when you do. All memberships renew within 30 days, and payment is automatically scheduled one month after your first class.

Yes, life happens. All members can freeze a membership for up to 4 weeks per year, and our Founding members can freeze for up to 8 weeks per year. Just speak to our front desk in person or email us at info@ultrapilates.ca and we will pause it for you.

Fill in our quick change or cancel form and our team will get back to you within 5 days. Sometimes a different plan fits your life better, and we are happy to help you find it. If you would rather just cancel, tell us on the form and we will take care of it. Cancelling needs at least 5 days' notice before your next billing date, and your notice starts the day you submit the form. Just need a break? Speak to our front desk in person or email us at info@ultrapilates.ca to freeze your membership.

At the Studio

It depends on how you're booking. If you're using an intro offer (2-Week Unlimited or 3-Week Rise), your mat and mat towel are provided, so just bring yourself and water. If you're booking with class credits or a membership, it's totally your call: bring your own mat and mat towel if you love your own setup, or travel light and rent ours (mats are $3 and mat towels are $2). It's a heated room and you'll sweat (in the best way), so we do recommend a mat towel for grip and comfort, whether it's yours or ours.
