ULTRA BURN

Ultra Burn is our signature 60-minute heated Pilates HIIT class. This is the one that brings the energy, the sweat, and the signature Ultra shake. It blends classic mat Pilates with powerful cardio intervals to create a high-intensity, full-body workout that pushes your limits while keeping every movement intentional.

Expect a dynamic mix of core work, strength training, and spicy bursts like plank variations, squat jumps, and resistance band burners. Slow Burn is a 60-minute heated Pilates flow class that trades speed for intention. Slower doesn’t mean easier here. It means giving your body the time and focus to activate muscles more deeply, refine your form, and strengthen from the inside out.

CLASSIC BURN

Classic Burn is our essential 60-minute heated mat Pilates class, designed to give you the foundation you’ll use in every other Ultra workout. It is a return to form and focus, but with the intensity turned up thanks to the heat and seamless flow.

Expect intentional movement, deep core engagement, and Pilates sequences that feel familiar but elevated. With longer holds, small pulses, and minimal rest between sets, this class builds muscular endurance while sharpening alignment and improving stability. It is precise, powerful, and designed to deliver results.

Perfect for all levels. Beginners will find the clarity and structure they need to build confidence, while experienced movers will rediscover the fundamentals with fresh intensity. BOOTYCORE

Bootycore is a 60-minute heated Pilates class dedicated to building strength from the ground up, with a strong focus on your glutes and core. When these muscles are doing their job, everything else moves better.

This intermediate-level class features pulses, lifts, holds, and high-repetition burn-out sets using bands, blocks, or light weights. Expect deep activation, minimal rest, and sequences that challenge stability, balance, and muscular endurance.

Bootycore is ideal for clients who already have a Pilates foundation and want to build real strength, not just feel a burn. You will leave feeling grounded, powerful, and very aware of your glutes the next day.

TRIPLE SCULPT

Triple Sculpt is a 60-minute heated Pilates sculpt class built around the powerhouse trio: core, arms, and glutes. These muscle groups play a major role in posture, balance, and total-body strength, and this class trains them with purpose.

Expect resistance bands, blocks, or light weights combined with high-repetition sequences, burn-heavy sets, and minimal downtime. Movements are precise, form-driven, and intentionally challenging, designed to build strength, definition, and endurance.
