Hot Pilates is a high-intensity workout performed in a heated room to enhance flexibility and calorie burn.

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

You can easily book your sessions through our website’s Classes page or contact us directly for assistance.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and bring a towel and water bottle for your session.
