What is hot pilates?
Hot Pilates is a challenging and energizing style of full-body Pilates performed in an infrared heated room (approx. 95°F/35°C). The warmth helps increase flexibility, supports detoxification, and amps up movement intensity. Ultra Pilates offers various Hot Pilates classes like Ultra Burn, Slow Burn, Classic Burn, Bootycore, and Triple Sculpt, all of which deliver the signature heat, shake, and full-body strengthening.
What should I wear and bring to class?
What does one credit mean and do credits expire??
One credit equals one class. Multi-credit packages (e.g., 3-credit pack) cover multiple classes. Single classes or credit packs (excluding membership credits) expire six months from purchase.
How does membership payment and activation work?
Your first payment is processed upon the purchase to secure the rate. However, your membership will not be activated until the first day you attend a class using the membership. All memberships are renewed within 30 days, payment for memberships will be automatically scheduled month after the first class.
Do you have an option to freeze a membership, if so, how?
Yes, this policy is available exclusively to founding members, permitting a maximum of 8 weeks of suspension at a time.
What is the difference between Ultra and Classic memberships?
Classic: Unlimited classes, 7-day booking window, 10% off retail. Extra guest pass on your birthday—mat + towel included for both. Membership starts on your first booked class. Cancel anytime with 5 days’ notice.
Ultra: Unlimited classes, 14-day booking window, 15% off retail, full mat + towel setup, 1 guest pass/month (with free mat + towel for guest). Extra guest pass on your birthday. Membership starts on your first booked class. Cancel anytime with 5 days’ notice.
What is your refund and cancellation policy for memberships?
There are no refunds. Cancellations must be submitted five days before the commencement of the subsequent billing cycle.
If I’m late for class, can I still join?
For the comfort of all participants, we have a strict policy that entry is not permitted more than 2 minutes after the scheduled class start time to avoid disruption and maintain room temperature.
What is your fee for no show or late cancellation?
A no-show fee of $25 and a late cancellation fee of $15 will be applied.
How do guest passes work?
Ultra Members: Receive one complimentary guest pass per month.
Birthday Guest Pass: Classic and Ultra members may bring one guest free of charge on their birthday.
Credit Packages: Members who purchase class credits may use a credit to register a guest through the app.
Does everyone get a mat and mat towel?
Ultra Members: Mats and mat towels are provided.
Classic Memberships & Class Credits: Please bring your own mat and mat towel, or rent them from us.
Are there showers and lockers?
Showers are available, with towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner provided. Lockers use a four-digit code system to securely store your belongings.
