Hot Pilates is a workout done in a heated room, usually around 35–40°C. The heat helps warm up your muscles faster, improves flexibility, increases circulation, and makes every movement more effective. It’s low-impact but high-intensity, combining the core strength and precision of Pilates with the added challenge of heat.
No experience is required. All of our classes are layered for every level, so you can move at your own pace while still being challenged. Our instructors give modifications and progressions throughout class, making it easy for beginners to feel comfortable and for experienced movers to push further.
You can easily book your sessions through our website’s Classes page or the Ultra Pilates Toronto app (powered by Mariana Tek). To get started, create an account, choose your class, purchase credits or a membership, and then reserve your spot.
Booking opens 7 days in advance for everyone. Ultra Members receive an extended 14-day booking window to secure their favorite classes earlier. Need help? Contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist.
Wear lightweight, breathable activewear that you feel comfortable moving and sweating in. Most clients prefer leggings or shorts with a fitted top or sports bra. Shoes are not worn in class, so you’ll be barefoot on your mat.
Bring a water bottle, a mat, and a mat towel. If you don’t have your own, mats and towels are available to rent at the studio and water is available for purchase. Ultra Members only need to bring water — mats and mat towels are always provided.
